About Your Coach:

Anne-Lise the Untherapist

Anne-Lise grew up in an emotional vacuum where no one ever discussed their feelings and everything was always "fine". For the first thirty years of her life, she was a habitual over-achiever in an effort to gain attention and support. She tried hard to keep up appearances, but under the surface, she battled chronic depression, an eating disorder, and severe self-sabotaging behaviors.


After her first marriage went up in flames, Anne-Lise found herself connecting with a new partner whom she later married. Their relationship was so easy and effortless that she became fascinated with understanding why. She spent the next fifteen years researching the latest findings in neuroscience, psychology, and metaphysics. Her untherapy model was tested first on herself and then on hundreds of clients, through individual sessions, group workshops, corporate training, and university education.


She now creates online courses and conducts virtual classes in a range of relevant topics, including how to overcome self-sabotage.
